Class Orientations
Instructors can arrange library orientations for their classes. Library orientations typically include a tour of the library and instruction on the library catalog and research databases. Orientations can also be customized to meet the specific research needs of your students. To schedule an orientation for your class, contact the Reference Desk at your local campus. Please allow at least one week advance notice for an orientation.
We strongly encourage faculty members to attend orientation sessions with their classes. It has been our experience that students are more receptive and attentive to library orientations when the instructor is present.
